Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by SWEN Madencilik ve Gıda Ürünleri Nakliye İnşaat A.Ş. (“Company”) as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data We Process

  • Identity and contact data: name, e-mail address, phone number (when you contact us via the contact form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp)
  • Request data: the content of your message and your partnership / distribution requests
  • Newsletter data: the e-mail address you share to subscribe to our newsletter
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of visits
  • Cookie data: your cookie preferences and data collected through the cookies you allow (see the Cookie Policy)

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Receiving, evaluating and answering your requests, questions and partnership applications
  • Providing information about our products and services
  • Sending newsletters and promotional content if you have given explicit consent
  • Ensuring website security and technical operation
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations and informing authorised bodies

4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through electronic channels such as the forms on our website, cookies, e-mail, phone and WhatsApp, by automated or partly automated means. It is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5/2 of KVKK — being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed — and, for newsletters and non-essential cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our website hosting, e-mail and newsletter service providers and, within our legal obligations, to authorised public institutions. Where a provider’s servers are located abroad, the transfer is carried out in line with Article 9 of KVKK.

6. Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
  • To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction under Article 7, and notification of these actions to third parties
  • To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
  • To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You may send your requests in writing to the address above or to info@swenbentonite.com, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
